For the preparation of Ragù and Besciamella sauce, follow the recipes we sent you.
- 12 sheets of pasta
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200C/400F/GAS 6
- Spread three spoon of ragù into the bottom of a earthenware ovenproof dish (25x35cm approx.) and mix with the same quantity of besciamella souce.
- Follow with a layer of lasagne sheets, add the same quantity of ragù and besciamella.
- Repeat the process (sheets, ragù and béchamel) two more time.
- Put on the top of lasagna a lot grated parmesan.
- Bake the lasagne for 20 minutes until beginning to brown on top. Leave the dish 20 minutes before serving.
